usually i don't do it, but i used it once, on a 4plr game with 3 left, who were pretty at the same strength and everytimes fighting the strongest until he got back to the level of the two others and so on. we three were a real mess and then i started to make some mind games and try to persuade the other two, that yellow was the strongest, and he looked like the strongest, too, even if he wasn't (just because he owned some connected countries

). it was very fun and it seems that they believed it after a few more rounds and my two enemies started to fight only each other while i build up and kept saying that i am sooo weak and yellow is still sooo strong
then, as i had 2-3 rounds without casualties, i could rush one player out and cash in lots of cards and won the round after the next turn. the players were all very talkative and so it was lot's of fun.
