If you own your card (so its Bold) do you receive more armys when you use the set?

You get 2 extra armies on that country on your turn-in...this info is buried in the How To Play section of the Instructions tab, above....

You get two bonus men to be automatically put on the named territory(s) plus your regular card bonus.
