how do points work?

I'm curious how do points work I lost a game against a friend and lost 20 points but won another and got 38...how does it break down?

if ur opponent is a way better player than you you collect a lot of points if he is worse or the same rank u will get less points and for example at the end of a standard game u get all the points from each individual player terminator points for every elimnation doubles and tripploes ur team splits the points

Score

Conquer Club players are initially given a score of 1000. At the end of each game, the winner takes points away from each loser. The points to be awarded is calculated as (loser's score / winner's score) * 20, up to a maximum of 100 points from each opponent.
