What is the responsibility of a clan leader?

I've been wanting to start a clan, but i'm not sure what a clan leader is really supposed to do besides make the thing. any help?

Make it.
Allow new members in.
Kick naughty members out.

That's all you really HAVE to do. These things are optional:
Attempt to keep the peace.
Organize tournaments.
Keep discussions on track.
Request locks and edits and such for your forum from the admins (just pm Twill or AndyDufresne and leave poor lack alone...).

That's it, really...

i think theres something in the instructions page that also says you need to get a conquer club tattoo of some kind before you can be a clan leader.

most of the leaders have classic tattooed on their back, but if you're not man enough you can just get the star put behind your ear.

I tatooed all of 2.1 on my back. I put doodle earth behind my ear. Its a tiny map
