Lost Points

I had a couple speed games going last night when the site went down... most in my favor. Now i'm down points that should have been mine... i'm not so happy that i lost games only because i started them, i can't believe CC would take the site down and not cancel the speed games, i wouldn't mind a cancellation, but to lose games i was winning??? makes me seriously doubt if i renew my membership!

its a shame but the warning was on the site. Submit an eticket and see if lack will chnage points awards

I talked with Lack and he's willing to delete the games that were affected by the unexpected forum outtage. If you had this happen, fill out an eticket (under Help up top).

We was not warned that the site would close..Just that we wouldn't have access to the forums.

i agree we were not told the site would be down only the forums would be down...i tried to submit a help ticket for this but was pretty much told tough shit...my loss. i will try again but it isn't right that i default my speed game and lose a lot of points to a private because somebody forgot to warn us. im NOT renewing my membership if my game is not deleted bc why in the hell would i pay for this behavior?

nope-- he just apologized. the post stated that only forum and pms would be down.....otherwise i wouldn't had played. said nothing about the entire site being down like the previous times.

Seven, you were told this before Lack decided to delete games affected. So respond to the eticket email, or fill out a new ticket. Sorry for the confusion.

W... you should realize by now that some people don't want the problem resolved, they just want to complain. it is quite clear that if he fills out the e-ticket, he can get his game deleted easily, since it is a speed game. i don't know how many different ways it can be explained...-0

i wrote that when i was told that i had to take the loss and it was too bad. it is not fair anyway you look at it but i guess the situation is resolved and i apologize if i came across as a dick...i just wanted to see it handled in a fair way and i guess it is now...thanks. i have submitted the new ticket and will see how it goes. thanks
