I did a search but must not be very good because I still had to fish through a ton of things and never found the answer.

What's up with Britain?

What does it mean that you can be attacked but not conquered from those other spots?

You can have all your armies taken away and replaced with one neutral. So in many instances on that map, all of Britain is one neutral.
