I have read many posts that tell you how to create a tournament but i still don't understand this. How to do you get the right to create a tournament game??

-Make a plan for a tournament.
-Get players to join it by posting your idea in the Tournament forum.
-PM one of the Tournament directors (Steelhorse for example) to ask for the privileges by providing the tournament name, the organisers name and the link to the tournament thread.
