Mass Starter?

Is there a Greasemonkey script that allows you to start several games of the same type at once? It'd be nice to not have to do the same monotonous thing over and over.

Abuse might be a possibility... it would just make it easier for those people wanting to deadbeat in hundreds of games.

This has been discussed many times and scripts have even been created but Lack was concerned it would create a massive flood of games so the scripts were dropped.

short answer: no. it's not going to happen.

on the "start a game" page, just select everything you want to select, and then click the "create game" button as fast as you can, over and over and over again.
When you stop clicking, the page will be able to load, and you will have a bunch of the same kind of game.
repeat as needed.

Maybe with a maximum of 10 games at a time with this, it would encourage such creating but it would help

It was abused before, RK did it twice, where he created hundreds of games and then said "whoops it was an accident." Created a huge mess and lack was none too happy. I don't suggest anyone fooling around with any scripts that do this.

Perhaps if such an script was only enabled when a user was granted tournament rights.

Good Idea. That's what I was thinking. I was considering doing all map every map tournament style but... Well you can imagine.
