I just came here to say that I think auto-assault is a terrible "feature". It's placement is such that it's easy to accidentally hit and the result of such an accident is often not even remotely desirable. Why not detect if you've clicked the regular "assault" button more than once, and if so a small dialog asks, "would you like to continue assaulting using auto-assault?"

when you are posting in the tools suggestion page, I can assume this is neither a question where you can find this on the site ingame tools(because there is no such thing)
But i also assume you have looked at the current tools. So BOB would be your answer, it already has this. it is called confirmation button, you can set this as a setting so when you hit the auto assault you get a pop up asking if you are sure..

I often use auto assault by the way and i like it over clicking 1000X times per game
