Remove the forums

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
Now before any of you modsjp think that this is a "smart-ass troll" thread meant to somehow make CC look bad, I'm being serious. For the last year, Team CC has been trying to suck the life out of the forums. Removing Flame Wars, policing the forums to death, perma-banning users like Dancing Mustard for pushing the limits and being interesting, on and on. Well, why slowly try to drag this out, by chasing users away, slowly implementing your new forums? Make it happen. Just do it now. Remove off topics, because we ALL know what they lead to. Honestly, much of "General Discussion" is an off topic forum as well, cleverly disguised as having something to do with CC. So get rid of it. Cleanse your website of the filth that's contaminating it. Just do it. Then, once you've eliminated all the off topics, rule with an iron fist. Bans should be dropped IMMEDIATELY and for the first offense. Perma ban after three, keeping with the "three strikes - you're out" rule.
Everyone knows this is the direction your leading in anyway, so do it now. Make it happen Team CC, make it happen.
- Do away with useless forums

- Delete all forums that do not SPECIFICALLY relate to CC, whether game play, add-ons, maps, etc.

- Take a burden off the mods who have to spend so much valuable time policing the forums for spam, flames, etc.
- Free up space on the servers for other things that are better than useless posts
- Finally solve the problem of how to eliminate interesting users who are well liked and well known for non-CC related topics
