Freestyle-We should get our units at Initialization of round

- I'm new in this game but I already have one suggestion...
On a Freestyle map we should get our units at Initialization of the round and not when we will begin our round.
Reason for this is simple, we earned them from the previous round and since its freestyle game by the time we start our round we can lose 1 territory from every region we have and lose the game although we had huge advantage before that and the only
The problem is that the last player that will finish the round waits for 12 hours and to prevent him from making 2 rounds at once and that limits his abilities to cover up for his loses...
