Add player # to RSS feed

Specifics:
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
- Add information to text for RSS feed to make it more useful (see below)
Specifics:
- For sequential game add player number to the text. Example: "Game 123456 Round 12 - player 3 - WAITING (1hr 2 min 3 secs)"
- For freestyle game add number of players who have not yet done their turn. Example: "Game 123456 Round 12 - 5 players - READY (1hr 2 min 3 secs)"
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
- Makes it more useful. Player can see if their turn is coming soon. Example if they are player 4 then they know their turn is next. If they are player 2 then it may be a while
