Map Ratings?

I want to propose the ability to rate maps after playing on them and for people to see those ratings. This gives three significant advantages.
1.It allows players to check the ratings of maps before committing to playing on them.
2. Cartographers are able to see which maps make the biggest impact on the CC world and help them design new maps.
3. Adds competition for cartographers encouraging them to make better more innovative maps.

Map Ratings have been suggested ever since we've had maps...and I'm still in favor of some sort of rating system. There is a lot of subjectivity to any Rating system, so I'm not exactly sure how helpful they would be, but I'm still interested in the general idea of a Map Rating System---similar in manner to Player Ratings upon a game's completion.
What sort of Ratings would we like to be able to rate a map on?

Any kind of ratings would be help full.Three rating styles that come to mind are
1)A standard x out of ten or x out of 5 system. Simple and easy
2)A three tier rating system where you rate the same as above just on three different categories Graphics,Game Play and Understandability.(Just like the current player rating)
3) Detailed player submitted reviews. Complicated but provides detailed examinations of each map.
I personally favour number 2 as it provides a lot of information to players and cartographers while being easy for players to do and there for more accurate and unbiased.

Perhaps a breakdown of the different criteria that pertain to gameplay and not. For instance it could even be rated on how BOB interacts well with it or not or other user scripts and such things. Also how easy it is to learn, how easy it is to master, a learning curve rating perhaps? enjoyability. The list could go on.
