Concise description:

• Make the average rating rounded to 3 decimal places in the ratings page, rather than 1 decimal place. Public ratings would still be to 1 decimal place for clarity

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• Allows players to see their rating to a little more accuracy, to see when they are about to tick over to the next rating
• It would take maybe 2 minutes to implement

Not a big change, would just be handy for players getting lots of ratings. I have about 600 ratings, and have sat on 4.8 for heavens knows how long. I have no idea if I'm closer to 4.7 or 4.9 Admittedly, it's not a big deal, but it's simply a case of finding the PHP round() function and changing the second parameter from 1 to 3

Three might be a little excessive...two is plausible, I say.

I just can't see any need to bother when the underlying ratings formula is crap and peoples perception/usage of the ratings is completely shot to pieces.

I would say that a better improvement would be to ditch the numbers but keep the tags.
