Suggestion: Floating game chat

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
- Have an optional floating game chat window, much like the BOB HUD or the clickies action bar thing
Specifics:
- The concise description pretty much sells it, much beyond that would be a implementation discussion. Basically I just think it would be handy to have game chat (especially when it comes to team games) on the same window as the map, eliminating the need for constant page up/down.
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
- It would certainly make team chat faster and more accurate, especially on new and/or non-geographical maps. Can't tell you how often I have to page up to determine terit names when discussing strategy. Even on maps I've played a bit (like the AORs, say), I'll find myself having to recheck the map rather often.
