How about when an ally gets kicked from the game not only do you get their armies you should get their reinforcements as well.

That seems like it would be way too much power. People that get all the armies become quite powerful as is.

maybe. But then the deadbeaters enemies get every reinforcement and plus when there are 2 of them left and one of you they get a change to cash in 2 sets of cards before you even can cash in a set.
