Save settings for 'Start A Game'

I suggest we give players the ability to save settings when starting a game. Example: Whenever I play dubs, I always play seq, no cards, chained, no fog, speed on american civil war. It would be nice to be able to save this as something, and then when I go to start I just click on my saved settings and select the one called"settings 1" or whatever and start. You could save as many sets of settings as you want. Perhaps one for dubs and one for standard, etc.

I know there's a script that does this for Game Finder, but I believe it has been decreed that no script for start a game is allowed. I think it was something about making it easier for people to flood. Not quite sure why that matters, but it's what I remember being said by someone in the know.
