Team Games

Scroll through the "Join a Game" sections, specifically for team games. You'll see a pattern.

If you haven't catched it, it's that team one has the highest ranked players, while team two has none or lower ranked players. I assume that many scroll through pages of games, looking for a game where a team with skilled players has a slot open. My suggestion is that when creating a game, one has the option to randomize game choosing. Instead of saying "Team One" and "Team Two", it would say "Join Game". This would cut down on games with colonels on team one, and privates on the other.

You have to learn something:

If you paid attention, you will see that many of those people are on the same team. The reason for that is because they would much rather play with friends who they've played with before and whom they know will work together than a random person who has no idea what the team strategy is.

Because team 1 usually knows what they're doing, they will win more games than on average, therefore giving them a higher rank than team 2,3,4, because the people who join those team have likely never worked with their teammates before.

I said that the creator has the option to randomize teams. If you really want to work with someone else you know, simply deselect the option.

Interesting suggestion but I don't see it as likely to go anywhere

I'd suggest you to update the first post to match the form as your suggestion wasn't abundantly clear. Do a search too as I'm sure I remember seeing this suggestion before (with little support I'm afraid).
