server down and so is my rank

While playing several 1 v 1 speed games simultaneously today the cc server 'timed out' yet again. This has happended several times before but without consequence for me as I managed to restart the site and continue my game before any lasting damage was done. However tonight was different. All but one of the speed games disallowed me from continueing or even seeing the map. This lead to a total loss of over a 100 points within a 15 minute period having made only one move throughout.
I have since found it extremely difficult to contact a cc representative to voice my anger. Is there anyone out there? Is there a way of regaining points lost through no fault of my own or bad play? While I understand points that are normally lost should be treat as suspicious but surely the game log proves the injustice, especially as gaining points and achieving rank are the lifeblood of the game.
Finally I must say a big thank you to some of the players that offered to replay games so as to redress the balance. But I don't think that they should lose points because of cc's on-going server problems.
might i add that this problem occurred after the notice of 'server down' period in the early hours. i started playing 5 hours after the notice end time.
As a postscipt and a further edit, i actually uploaded a world clock to my laptop as i play from england, and ironically didnt want to have any 'server timed outs'.
