i think it would be pretty cool if we could nominate other for medals. we could have a new forum, and people could vote based on examples

some ideas for reccomendation medals:

luck of the irish (player with lucky dice)
see no evil (person who posts blindley without reading the rest of th thread)
get out of my way (wins x number of games witihin fifteen mintues)
rival slate ( gold bar engraved with player with most equal lose/win reccord with player. also who plays with the player the most)
expressor (person who excessiley uses smilies in posts)
chatbox (person who spends 12+ hours a day on live chat)
tattletale (person who accuses the most people of cheating)
open trap (person who talks excessivly in game chat)
museum(player with a lot of medals)
eye of the tiger (lots of comebacks)
small child ( person who plays on doodle maps over 500 times)
i dunno if anybody would like to see these, but i thought they would be pretty cool (and funny )

Well I like the irony of the "museum" medal. But I do think that a lot of the other ideas have some issues with promoting unwanted behaviour and or implying attributes/opinions that CC don't stand behind.

not a very good idea as you would have some clans lining up to nominate each
other to pad their medals... not to mention you would eliminate a nice portion
of the CC community from ever being able to receive a medal, as less than 3% ever
visit the forums. obviously, any member of CC can nominate someone for a special
contributors medal, but i think that is as far as it will ever go.-0

p.s.-this would be abused so quickly, it isn't even funny...

and?

perhaps we could remove the ones that do not have anything to do with gameplay.

but for example, we could keep the rival slate, and the "get outta my way" medal?
