Concise description:

More membership pricing options, with more limits on the lower prices.

Specifics:

Make a $1 membership fee for, say 5 games. Then make a $5 one for 10 games including speed games. Include different options so that players can choose to play as much as they want and not pay for more than they want. I know this would help for people that want to play, say, 7 games at a time including speed games, but not pay the full fee because they won't be playing 100 games at a time. (It will also provide more revenue for the site and less infringement of your first rule - no multiple accounts)

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

More money, less rule-breaking, more fun

I don't think different membership levels are what they need. I think not letting busted players rebuy is more effective.

Although I would like to see a quarterly membership available.

I don't know. Personally, I really want to play 7 or 8 games right now and a few speed games, but i don't need to play 50 at a time. Maybe a little discount?
