Speed game #4677377, I had only one opponent left with 17 armies and held 86 terr with over 200 armies when CC crashed for 45 minutes causing us to both deadbeat the game. because I was listed 1st it forced me to deadbeat first giving the game to Cobra Kai. Can we not set it up so that if there is a problem like this that the player with the most armies would win and not the player listed last? This would also be a good Idea for arms race when both player hold only the missile launch at the end...it sucks spending 45 minutes winning a game to have it stolen by a site malfunction.

The only problem is how does the system determine what is a site failure vs a network failure.
An interesting suggestion might be to build some logic into the system to pause the game if both sides are in danger of deadbeating, as this may be an external issue.

More likely, you must understand, that no one can withstand the Cobra Kai!

Yeah,I lost a game,I would have won the next turn. The other player even said gg.
Most gamesites that freeze end the game as a default.
This site asks you to write an E-Ticket.
I'm still waiting from October for one to be answered.

Agreed, but the trick would be to automate it somehow so manual intervention is not required.

Another issue is in escalating games. When the cashes get higher, the person with the most armies at one point in a game will not neccesarily win. I think we should just assume that this doesn't happen very often and move on.

I have had at least 6 occasions in the last 12 months where the site is down long enough to force a deadbeat result, this is enough of an occurance for me to wish it changed.

Site certainly did go down (though maybe it was an IE issue? Everyone else affected using IE, or another browser?) - fortunately I was not in any speed games so it didn't bother me.
Can the above games not be deleted?

They should at least make it so that if all remaining players deadbeat simultaneously, no exchange of points would take place.
