I was originally going to post that you could suggest updates and that they may be changed (because as far as I know most things are kept up to date), but then your example is the completely wrong answer. I suggest that you suggest the right answer when wanting to change the FAQ.

Also note that there is no built in function to edit the FAQ, there is a MOD to edit it.. but you know all about those

Currently the FAQ question on how to start a clan or usergroup is correct. Why would it need to be changed?

Nowhere in the FAQ does it state to PM an admin. It states to send an eticket to the Clan/Usergroups Dept. Where are you getting your information?

Here is what it says:
How do I become a usergroup leader?
A usergroup leader is usually assigned when usergroups are initially created by a board administrator. If you are interested in creating a usergroup, your first point of contact should be an administrator; try sending a private message.

As far as I know, the Forum FAQ is provided by phpBB and is not modified. If you want a CC-specific answer, you'll have to read the Help menu.
