Conquer Club

To allow for clan leaders to have perma-tournament privileges for a tournament called XYZ Clan Challenge. These games would be empty and this way leaders don't have to PM around organize the games, freemiums can't have too much of a say...

As far as I know OTIS is currently in development (however long overdue), which would accomplish this among other things.
