Troop Award in Fog of War Game

Would it be possible in a game where Fog of War is "Yes" to hide the number of troops and regions a player owns? While troop placement and attacks are currently hidden, it would seem that in a fog of war situation the information that a player is getting X troops or receives a bonus for owning region(s) would be equally obscured. Thoughts?

I've wondered similar things as well.
What you can do is deploy your troops 1 at a time so instead of the log saying :
Player X deployed 3 troops on ?
It would say :
Player X deployed 1 troops on ?
Player X deployed 1 troops on ?
Player X deployed 1 troops on ?
If you deploy 10 troops at once then it tells your opponent that you have a big stack lying around somewhere.

An excellent idea - but the log will still show you having at least 10 troops. The log also says that an player "received X armies for holding ?". When I see that in a log, I can, by process of elimination, tell where that opponent is and pretty much which spots he owns. I have seen in games opponents that were feuding many turns over the same spot both stop and turn their attack toward a different opponent just based on the log showing that they own a region worth so may bonus armies, so I know other Conquerclub members can do the same. Hiding all information on troops received and reasons why would truly make for a fog of war.
