People should be able to organize lists of players that they can send messages to, instead of entering each name in every time.

Specifics:
It could be extended only to tournament organizers? To all people?

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
For Tournaments, the organizers can organize sending lists instead of typing in every players name when they want to send a message.

organizer of a 32 person tourney, couldve saved me a total of about 3 hours. Damn i feel stupid
