Quick List of Games "I Started"

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
- A way to quickly find games the player started.
Specifics:
- In 'My Games' we have tabs for 'Active', 'Awaiting Players', 'Eliminated', and 'Recently Finished'; I can see a need for a tab called 'Games Started'. This would list the games started by the player.
- Realizing that the list might become quite long, I think the list should be limited to games that would show up in one of the other tabs (games that are Active, Awaiting Players, Eliminated, or Recently Finished).
- The list could be limited to games that include the player (player is Red), or could also include tournament games started by the player -- either way works for me.
- Rather than a tab, there could be a search option, 'Started by Me' in the game finder. This would accomplish the same purpose without cluttering up the first page.
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
- Players can quickly see the status of games they have a proprietary interest in.
