rating challenges

Concise description:
With all the different mods checking for multi's/farming/etc. I feel there needs to be a way to challenge unfair ratings. Since the rating system has no limits (you can get 1 stars cross the board even if you win), there can be very unfair ratings given without proper justification or penalty for doing so.

Specifics:
Two or three mods to look at games with challenged ratings to see if the ratings justify the gameplay, as they do looking for accused multi's. If accepted, I will volunteer to personally be a mod on just that topic, as I have been hit by

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
There will be no more uncharacteristic ratings for players, especially new ones. I know I personally look at peoples ratings before accepting their games. If the ratings are horrible, I usually won't accept. This will lead to a more accurate portrayal of everyone's game-play.

NO!!!!

This suggestion is exactly why the rating system was put into place: dealing with complaints from the old feedback system took too much time to mod.

It doesn't have to be a complete overhaul...just a way to stop people from giving horrific ratings solely b/c they LOST.

Case and point:
Game 4071600
ratings: 1 star, 1 star, 1 star
tags: Rude, Complainer, Paranoid, Bully

my response: wtf...we start playing rt and you start to lose, so you stop so you have a chance to win. There is nothing wrong with my gameplay, rather it is your attitude when you start to lose that is to blame. Straight to my foe list.

It just bugs me that sending someone to my foe list is all I can do...it was a great game and I'd love to play him again.

Maybe everyone starts at 3 stars cross the board and has the ability to go up as many as they want or down only 1 to prevent these unjustified ratings. How can I be a bully in a 1v1 game? Why paranoid when victory was imminent?

Any other suggestions?

as NS said, this won't happen

Also, Just because you won the game, doesn't mean you played fair, or had good tactics, you could've gotten lucky
