Concise description:- add the amount of times a player has ran out of time to a players profile
Specifics:- put this next to missed turns
- either have it in % (like missed turns) or just how often it has happened
This will improve the following aspects of the site:- like players that dislike deadbeats can avoid players with low % turns taken, players that dislike others running out of time can avoid players who have a high % of turns ran out of time in
- less complaining about the opponent doing it

Owen, I think you misunderstand. It seems he's looking for a way to find people who don't know/use the double turn freestyle maneuver.

this suggestion is not for me as i dont mind people running out of time and it happens to me a lot in speed games, it is for those that do mind
