How many times have you hit SUBMIT only to find you have got a new PM? Then replying only to be told "you may not make a new post so quickly after another" Can PMs no longer count as posts?

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
  • Easier PMing
  • Save time

This has happened to me before (but I dont think it should be changed)

As this is a phpBB feature, you would probably be best asking at phpBB Mod Requests

They make the forum software lack uses, If you scroll to the bottom you will see "Powered by phpBB © 2000, 2002, 2005, 2007 phpBB Group " with phpBB linking to the website I linked to (the homepage, I linked to a special forum)

And Hecter, I do believe it's 30. But the point remains, who cares.
