Challenges

It would be an excellent way to mitigate point hoarding to require that every 10 games or so, you need to accept a challenge from another player. Can make it so that a challenger can challenge someone up to one rank above them.

If you have not accepted a challenge in the last 10 games, you will be blocked from joining any new games if someone currently has a challenge pending for you.

Any player that doesn't want to have to do this could perhaps click a button on their profile that says "non-competitive" status so they will not be subject to this. Any player with "non-competitive" will not have their score show up on the competitive scoreboard. Perhaps they can click another button somewhere to view the non-competitive scoreboard.

Could even do something really nifty like give challenges from players who have accepted the most challenges preference over challenges from players who have accepted less challenges. This will help those really worthy players (because they have proven that they can hold their rank against challengers) rise to the top.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
Make ConquerClub more competitive by reducing scoreboard stagnation caused by point hoarding.
