Suggestion: Speed Sequential Armies

Concise description:
During speed games, spoils may not be distributed properly.

Specifics:
During speed game # 3670588 on the Malta map, I took my turn
late into my five minutes (I fell asleep). I was able to take my
turn and even get my reinforcement done, but was not able to
click on "End Reinforcements" (as this was an unlimited game).
The game then noted that I ran out of time and moved on
to the next player WITHOUT assigning me a spoils card.

I can understand why this would be a good thing for a freestyle
game, but it seems as though it would make the game
intentionally unfair in a sequential game.

You didn't finish your turn in the time period given to you. Your fault.

Right, it's intentionally a penalty for not ending your turn. Not an oversight by lack. (as I said in your Bug Report of the same thing)

You were the one to suggest that I open it up as a separate suggestion, you realize. Seems pretty unseemly of you to respond to me this way, given that.

Here is how I see it:

Positives:
1. People who do not pay a lot of attention in speed games get it easy on themselves because they do not have to fortify to get a card.
2. People can play more speed games at the same time because there is no need for them to do the extra clicking to get a card, they can just run out of time.

Negatives:
1. Those people who do pay attention have to wait for those people who don't pay attention and slow the game down. Instead of those people who just drag things on being penalized, nothing happens.
2. Once again, the ability to play more speed games at the same time is a bad thing. It is called speed for a reason. When one person is in several at a time, they just become slow and dull.
3. The people who are benefited are those that are just too lazy to pay attention and those who are in many games at a time and do not care that they are slowing all of them down. The people who are hurt are those who are actually trying to play a quick game (hence the name speed), and do not like to have people run out of time.

No, Cicero told you to open it in a suggestion, I told you not to waste your time.

The only problem is Woodruff that your entire post reads like a bug report notwithstanding your new subject line ...
