Have a "keep rating the same" or "no changes" button on the ratings screen
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
Currently, if you don't want to change a person's rating, the star stays half done. Or, you have to change one item then go back and change it again. For someone who plays a lot of games, this is a small hassle.
