How is a winner determined in the Arms Race map when both sides have eliminated all armies except for the missile launch space? If either starts their turn at that point the game ends because the person that starts their turn is erased from missile launch. If both players do not start their turn and get kicked for missing turns which player receives the win? I suggest future battles here are decided by number of armies remaining on the missile launch or the ability to attack the missile launch from the opposite missile launch. And it would appear that the winner is decided by whoever is listed first in the game is the first player to miss a turn which gives the game to the 2nd player on the list.....ridiculous. I had 4 times as many armies left and he was able to bombard my 23 armies on the board with only 14 to start.

This should go in the map's specific topic. But before it gets there, let me say this:

NONONONONO
The person who managed to scrounge up the armies to bombard the other from their country missile should win, unless they completely screw it up. If both players are confined to their missile, then they should hurry up and fortify their men so they can get through to the missile launch and end the game. If both players completely eliminate each other from the missile, then logically, in sequential, the person who eliminated the other from the missile first would end their turn first, therefore, they would would not deadbeat before the other. In freestyle, it's up to whoever is fastest. Same with any other freestyle game
