Add tag "Learning"
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
IN general, I think we need far fewer tags and some better guidelines on just what the ratings actually mean
HOWEVER, I see one glaring exception. We need a "learning" tag. That is for newbies, etc who are not playing well yet, but who are obviously trying. You don't really want to say they have "good strategy", but I think saying "poor strategy" is a bit harsh.
