My "Left Ratings"

Just now the system seems to be picking and choosing which ratings it adds to "Ratings Left" list... I rated someone 3 days ago and they are not on there BUT I rated someone I had not already rated and it put them straight into my "Ratings Left" list

IS THIS A BUG?

No rating should show up in the "ratings left" list until the game is archived. So the first part seems OK, what was the time frame for the second guy?

If you re-rate a player, it will make the rating hidden again until the new game is archived.
