Concise description:

Remove Twill for his community manager spot and give it to wicked

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

Make posters happier
No random decisions based on his mood
Justice will be done

Interesting almost suggestion, but I'm afraid this leans 51% to 49%, spam over suggestion.
