Optional Medal Editing on forum's

Specifics:
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
- It would be nice to be able to edit your own medals on the forums, to only display the ones you wish to display, and reorganize them into whichever order we so desire
Specifics:
- In the space which the medals occupy in your profile, there should be checkmarks, check the medal if you wish it to show, uncheck it if you do not.
- You should also be able to drag said medals in the order you wish them displayed
- example: Iff i really dont care if people know all the wins i have in certain types of games, but i do want people to see how many tournaments i have ran, i can uncheck all the others and leave it so my tournament medals are displayed nice and neatly by themselves.
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
- allow users to further customize the area around there profile to fit there liking
- To make me look cool while running tournaments
