New ratings are lacking a major category

I like the new simplified ratings system, except there's no option to actually comment on another player's ability to play the game.
Attitude, attendance, teamwork, and fair play aren't the same thing as "good play" or "strategy". In a non-teamwork game, a cheerful, friendly guy who doesn't cheat and shows up all the time, but who plays in a terrible way that ends up ruining the game for everyone else, could reasonably be given five stars in every applicable category. There's no way to leave a rating equivalent to "this fellow doesn't understand the rules", or "she made 3 really obvious mistakes".
End result: when I have an issue with the play of an otherwise fine gamer, I find myself with no way to comment. This has already worked against me in another way; one player rated me three stars in every category despite the fact that I made no comments in the combox (attitude), took every turn on time (attendance), and didn't favor any other player (fair play). Clearly the guy didn't like the way I played, but he had no way to say that! I would have preferred a terrible single star in a strategy category then misleading mediocre ratings in three other categories.
