Tourney members list *suggestion*

Concise description:

• Well, we have a friends and foes list, i think that when given tournament privileges, a tournament director should also receive a "Tourney members list".
  Specifics:
  
  • The list would work almost exactly like the Friends/Foes list, with he exception that when the tournament is completed, it disappears. This feature would be granted to directors once Tourney privileges are acquired.
  
  This will improve the following aspects of the site:
  
  • It will make life easier for the tournament director when sending out PM's about game #s, passwords, changes in rounds, Ect. Ect.
