Minimum Loss of Points

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
PS - Just thought of a flaw - when a person gets to like 3 points then I would guess just make it so they can't get under 1 point.
- Have a minimum point loss in games
Specifics:
- Make a minimum point loss so people can't lose 0 points. Maybe make it 5 or something.
