Making Private games Public

Specifics:
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
- It would be nice to be able to make an originally private game public. A lot of times a game will sit in que for a really long time, after the last person you invited to play never makes it...Yes, you can just remake the game, but it would be really nice to just open it up to the public, where i am sure it would fill very quickly.
Specifics:
- It can be done 2 ways - as a choice from the private game creator or after an elapsed amount of time (5 days?)
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
- Less games waiting, no need to remake the game
- keep game numbers in check
