<DELETE ME>
PLACE A CONCISE DESCRIPTION OF THE SUGGESTION OR BUG IN THE SUBJECT LINE!!!

The dice ARE random, lots and lots of analysis has been done on them both internally and by community members.

Search for previous suggestion or bug reports and check stickies before posting something "new".
*and anyone who doesn't know this by know is an idiot*

Delete or replace any xxxxxxx with the appropriate information.
Delete any entires which do not apply.
</DELETE ME>

Concise description:
  • Have all the little kinks for the maps and the map handbooks (I don't know whether or not they will become the same thing) in the instructions tab.

Specifics:
  • Include objectives, one way borders, etc. in the instructions tab BECAUSE THEY'RE NO THERE.
  • Have map handbooks (I think they're under construction in Map Foundry) also posted in Instructions, so first time players really get to know maps.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
  • Because now noobs can't complain that they didn't understand various aspects of the game.
  • And it increases general understanding of the maps.

A "Wiki", with "Map Pages" is in production, albeit a little slow.

i don't like the idea of map handbooks.

new players on a map should learn by playing it, preferably losing a few games to me in the process.

Andy, is the Map Information project what you are referring to?

I'm guessing not, since that is a forum thread not a wiki, so is there something else currently 'behind the scenes' that is being worked on? A truly open wiki would be an interesting experiment on ConquerClub ;) ... but one worth doing I think.

I've been a minimal contributor to the forum thread, but would like to get involved in the wiki project if/when possible? I quite like documentation :) [see BOB Help/Info]
