1v1 Duck and Cover Nuetral starting position

Well, first of all I don't like your form b/c the dice are clearly not "random" as I've posted with some detail elsewhere.

Anyway... for duck and cover, this map needs to be fixed in 1v1. Sure, it's a small map so it starts with a lot of neutrals, but I've been in a few games now where they are all stacked on one side fo the map. My last game there were 2 in US, 3 in Canada, 2 in Mid East and 1 in China. None in Russia and None in Europe. This does not make for balanced play 1v1, and it should be fixed in the starting settings that every bonus territory starts with at least 1 neutral, and no territory has more than 50% neutral. This is particularly true for Europe, where if the rest of the map is neutral, you can't get into or out of it, and whoever takes it has a HUGE advantage.

Then don't play 1v1 Duck Hunt.
