I think if the site could keep track of, say, the top ten worst dice throws it would cheer players up to know that there have been far unluckier dice than the ones they have just thrown. If on the other hand a player makes it onto the list he can feel a sense of pride even though he has just lost a game. Something similar is done on poker sites, they call them "bad beats".

It'd be fun. And perhaps effective in reducing the number of dice rant posts ... which I thought this was for a moment

First of all it would have to include both the top ten best as well as the top ten worst so that it can be seen that dice are randomly good and bad.
Second it would become law that
only those who had just entered one of the top tens could post a dice rant. On pain of death. Or a permanent ban.

I lost thirty to one once in a three player British isles map. ... and I now almost never use auto-attack.
I have also gone about 4 days without winning a single roll, but on just 1 map .. I had "normal" (good/bad) luck everywhere else.

It took me a while before I finally decided I would look in here... you might want to change the title, to something like "a suggestion to stop dice complainers"--that'd get people looking in this thread. I love the idea.

or just call it something like "worst of worst and best of best" or extreme dice oddities... (better ideas? ...) so it doesn't sound like yet another complaint about the "non random" dice.
Oh, and I would add something about the sheer number of games -- if possible, a running total of just how many games OR dice rolls have been completed ...
That would be more fun information and, also perhaps really and truly drive home (if anything will .... ) that these rolls truly are UNUSUAL...

Does anybody think this is posible? Would the program be a nightmare to set up?
