Chose own teams

Hey conquer i hate how on team games you cant pick your own teams and i think we should be cause every time i play a team game i get a guy about my lvl on it but the other team have ppl who out rank me by like 5 and that really isnt a game that i look foward to.

Two things: first, you should search all the threads in the forum (search bar at the top right) to see if this idea has been suggested already (link); second, people are probably not joining your team because of your rank. Since you are a cook, people are assuming that you are a bad player, or that you will deadbeat, so they will not play in games on your team, sorry to say it, but it is the truth.
