speed game change

it would be great if once a round has started, you have 30 seconds to deploy your armies even though you would still have the 5 minutes to make your move. too many people make his/her turns after everyone has made theirs. that is a sequential game.

I assume you're talking about freestyle games? Or just freestyle speed games? Either way, I think this is a great idea. I avoid freestyle speed games for this very reason.

While I'm sure some people consider it part of the strategy of freestyle games to sit and watch the clock tick down and then deploy and attack as quickly as possible, I think it's silly. At that point it comes down to who can move his mouse quicker (a definite advantage for desk top mouses) or what connection speed you have. These aspects shouldn't be part of what makes a successful Conquer Club player.

That being said, I think it's a low priority, and I'm not even sure how it would work technically. But the tech guys continue to amaze me with what can be done.

freestyle can be played like this
its a tactic to wait to deploy. dont like it dont play freestyle :wink:
