Your server and lack of quality is ruining the site!
You have a lot of customers who have paid for this service, me being one, and I am less than impressed by the current state of play!

This is ridiculous.
I payed twenty bucks for it.
If everybody that has premium payed twenty bucks, you should at least have 20000. That is 1000 people buying premium. $20000 is enough for a high quality server
Get it together

Lack is looking into all options. He wants you guys happy. From what I understand, it's a database problem, not a server problem.

Easy fix
Kill the forums, let the games run smoothly

Can't do that, some of the games are because of the forums. Ex: Tournaments

Good point.
Remove the "off topic" forums, leaving the essentials and archive old posts?

The web servers are running fine from what I understand. It's just the database server (think games, game logs, etc) that is griding against the pavement. Lack's got some tricks up his sleeve still, and the hosting company has some options to get better performance. Stay tight!

Sounds like CC is suffering growing pains. Question is whether the premium membership system is sufficient to sustain its rapid growth?
