i feel there should be an draw box, where if all players agree to a draw, then a game can end. something along those lines for those gruesome long 40+ turn games.

Excellent idea. I like it. Maybe make it 50 turns or more though.

seriously?! 40 or 50 rounds?! Have you guys ever been in a really long game? Go sign up for an 8 player no cards adjacent on 2.1, then complain about long games.

Thus, it should be like any other setting, the creator may turn the feature on or off.
Very good idea. Even chess players give up.
