Conquer Club

i notice a lot of people who are new go into team games with a friend who is really good at the game and they sit there and they just keep playing team games over and over, and granted they may gain exp and maybe learn a few things but it can also be relying on the team memeber the most to get their rank up... soo maybe a diff type of ranking a seperate one for team games like "general in teams" and then a "General in singles"?
